Here Is What Our Guests Are Saying About Nah Ha 602.
We've stayed at Nah Ha 602 for the past 5 or 6 years. The condo is well furnished and very well decorated and very clean, as always. Look forward to when we can return.

Dear Mark and Denise, I wanted to thank you two again for the privilege of letting us rent this beautiful condo. We have had a wonderful two months. The weather for the past two weeks has been remarkable. We were worried about how to occupy our family, if we were faced with a long stretch of El Norte, but out of the past 11 days, we had one "windy" morning! And we have had days where the ocean has been completely flat. We saw a lot of dolphins! The kids took a resort diving course and did a two tank dive one afternoon. We snorkeled with them...........saw a shark, big grouper, an eagle ray. Our grandson took the photo of the flying gurnard, and for the record he has been hanging out in front of the condo most of this week. We had a lot of fun watching him. Everything has been great and I think a lot of memories were created this week. Thank you again! We'll be back!

We are so totally enjoying ourselves, and your beautiful condo. If we were any more relaxed, we would be toes up. Seriously!
We have done some awesome snorkeling. This evening we went for one more swim and the ocean has never been "flatter" since we got here. So beautiful. We came up, sat on the balcony, a big black cloud came from nowhere and it poured rain. Gotta love this place..........if you don't like the weather, just wait 5 minutes!
Everything is fine, no worries here. Your condo is very well- appointed; we keep commenting on that! We are enjoying the Christmas lights downtown; we had dinner at Pasta Prima one night so we could listen to the kids singing in the square below.
PS: You should try a Christmas down here! We can recommend a great condo at the Nah Ha 602 ! And the neighbours in 601 are terrific.
Cheers,
Kevin and Gail

Nah Ha 602 is a phenomenal place! The condo has an open, spacious floor plan that provides beautiful ocean views from every room. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching cruise ships, dive boats, etc. go by. The condo had all the amenities any traveler could want. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool area was never overcrowded and the snorkeling in front of the condo was spectacular. I loved that the condo was located in the quieter area north of town but was located perfectly to easily catch a cab for the short ride into town. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay while in Cozumel.

My husband and I plus two other couples shared this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo for a week over New Years. The owners were excellent to work with; you can tell that they enjoy sharing their Cozumel home with visitors.
The condo was spacious and decorated with high quality sofa and other furnishings and colorful local artwork. The layout of the unit was fantastic - each bedroom had sufficient privacy and there was plenty of room in the common areas - living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony for us each to do our own thing in the mornings and evenings.
The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and cookware to make all breakfasts and lunches plus a couple of dinners at home, which made for a much more relaxing (and less expensive!) trip. Some things that I cared about that I can verify: plenty of bottled water was supplied for the icemaker and refrigerator cold water dispenser; the air conditioner is more than sufficient; the washer/dryer was very handy; cabs are easily picked up out front if you walk 30 yards or so towards town. It was an easy 35 minute walk to town, pretty well lit at night.
Finally, you really can snorkel out in front of the condominium. The aquamarine water was warm and there were plenty of fish. We even saw dolphin offshore one day. The outdoor storage locker for wet snorkel gear was really handy. All of these are things you can't get at a hotel! It was like living in Cozumel, not like being a tourist.

Mark, Finally a moment to write to let you know we had a great time. Your condominium was beautiful and so spacious. We cooked breakfasts and lunch often and hung out after dinner watching Sci-Fi TV shows brought from home on our iPhone. We especially loved the large balcony. Indeed, we didn't leave the grounds except to walk to town for dinner and take one taxi to/from Mega the entire first couple of days. The 6 of us hung out on the balcony and relaxed/read/stared at the gorgeous water. We had lovely warm and sunny weather. Our next favorite thing was snorkeling right in front of the buildings. Three adventurous snorkelers even swam all the way to Buccanero's.
Thanks for sharing your lovely home. Hope we can come back some day.

We stayed in Nah Ha 602, the owners of this unit are AWESOME, we haven't met them but we really like them, they have put together their own guide books with everything you would want to know about the condo and the island.
How do you work things in the spacious kitchen? It's in a binder. Where are their favorite places to eat? It's in a binder. There's a book with reviews written by guests; it was fun to read and we contributed.
Nah Ha 602 is beautiful, it's right on the water; the only thing between the water and the condo is a beautiful pool area, sparkling clean water, plenty of places to lounge, read, relax.
To snorkel, simply go down the short and sturdy metal ladder into the water which is deep enough not to be worried about hitting coral but shallow enough to see very clearly. Lots of fish. Boats bring people out there to snorkel, and we could just walk outside and get in the water from the condo.
The unit is very clean and comfortable, each bedroom has it's own full bath and there is a half bath for the main living area. Good electronics, TV, music, plug for iPhone to play tunes, internet. My laptop picked up the WiFi really well. Very good A/C. Filtered water and bottled water.
We really like to walk, and we thought it was a really easy walk into town, 45 minutes or so, but it was also very easy to hail taxis. We bought groceries at the Mega and had breakfast and lunch at the condo. We ate dinners in town, all of the restaurant recommendations were good, we really enjoyed our meals.
Non smoking!! Good elevator and you can also take stairs if you want. Private outdoor storage unit for your dive gear so you don't have to lug it upstairs. One private parking spot.

Where do I start?. How about with a big THANK YOU! We had an amazing 10 days. My husband, Kevin and I were just saying last night that it was our best vacation yet, partly due to the perfectly appointed and overall amazing Nah Ha 602 accommodations. We miss it already.
Also, Bob and his wife, across the hall @ 601, are about as nice as they come. They were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Many thanks for the opportunity to stay at Nah Ha 602. We will spread the good word on trip advisor, Facebook and of course by telling the fantastic tales of our trip to Cozumel to our friends and family.
Best Regards.

Total Comfort and Convenience at Nah Ha 602!
Nah Ha 602 was great, and exceeded our expectations...again! The condo and surrounding facilities had everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The weather was very hot and humid, so we enjoyed the comfortable interior and shaded exterior living areas, as well as having such easy 24 hour access to the pool and the terrific snorkeling right out in front of the condo. We rarely felt the need to leave these comfortable and beautiful surroundings!
Our host provided a wealth of information in the condo about Cozumel and all it has to offer. He even had a discount card for shopping at the Mega, and information on a delivery service that works with many favorite restaurants on the island! One worn out evening, we had a delicious dinner delivered to the condo within 40 minutes of ordering!
Isabella was great, and her Spanish was especially helpful at Mayair for our departure. All these little details make for a wonderful stay in paradise!

Paradise Visited
Nah Ha 602 was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. The condo is extremely well equipped and clean. Mark & Denise have done an awesome job of supplying everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. Not to mention being very available for any pre-trip questions. Their notebooks were very helpful for choosing where to go, what to see and where to eat. Isabella (their property manager) was very helpful with anything we needed, and really easy to get hold of. She helped us book a couple different activities.
The views alone are worth the $! If our travels again take us to Cozumel, there is no where else we would stay than Nah Ha 602!!

Saved our Trip
I am originally from Cozumel, living there most of my life. I wanted to do this big luxurious vacation for my sisters and my family by renting a house we could all stay at. We had made a reservation in the South end of the Island (Not Nah Ha). Nice complex, but I have an expectation of a "Luxury Condo" so when I walked into this place I was immediately disappointed and called to say I wanted something else. I won't go into ALL the reasons I wanted to change... but we up-rooted 5 adults and 2 toddlers the next day. The guy that set us up was so frustrated with the fact I wasn't happy with his alternative, he told me that I had 2 hours to get out and that he wasn't going to help me transfer.
Thankfully I had already gone to visit Nah Ha 602 that morning and knew it was what I wanted. A homey, contemporary, luxurious home FULLY stocked with anything a family could need. The lady in the office showed me 602 and gave me Isabella’s card. Within 1 hour of me speaking with her we had packed up and headed north.
The first thing you’ll see is the endless view of the ocean and a nice clean shot of downtown San Miguel from the balcony. Being from Cozumel, I rarely get to see it from such a great perspective (6 stories up). We opened the drawers and there was stuff in them we could use, coffee mugs, pots, pans, everything. You could really tell that this was home that was cared for by the owners.
We were there during a storm so we were rained in most of the time, but the balcony was a great place to watch dolphins, cruise ships and the rain roll by. 602 was well furnished and the whole family said how “Homey” it was.
If you are looking for a home away from home and want views that are unmatched in Cozumel. I fully recommend you check out 602. You can feel comfortable in the fact that someone as picky as I am was more than satisfied with his experience there. Enjoy!

Piece of Paradise
Nah Ha 602 is perfect. It has plenty of room for the family with exceptional furnishings. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed the pool but the availability of snorkeling right in front of the condo was both convenient and fun. We were never concerned about safety. Isabella, the manager, was very helpful and sweet. She arranged for a boat charter and also a swim with dolphins so we didn't have to worry about any details. The binders that were available in the condo were filled with information on the area and I even used the lending book library. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that likes to have the best and enjoys getting to know the locals.

Can't Wait to Return
We stayed at 602 April 18 -24, 2010. The condo was great. It was decorated wonderfully and very clean. It had everything we needed and more. The information available in the binders provided by the owner was very informative and helped us figure out where to eat, beaches to visit, shopping and etc. Prior to leaving for our vacation, I was able to talk with Mark and he had great information to make our trip easier.
Back to the condo, we spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the view, it is spectacular. The pool was nice as well. It is an easy walk to downtown and taxi's are everywhere if you need one. We have only one complaint and that is our vacation came to an end.

Wonderful Vacation in PARADISE
We had a wonderful experience at Mark's Nah Ha condo. Our group consisted of three couples. The condo was more spacious than the photos show. We had everything we needed. There were dolphins swimming by in the afternoon, beautiful sunsets and we had the pool to ourselves much of the time. The snorkeling just off the pool was better than anywhere else we went on the island and near Tulum. Isabella was so helpful and friendly. Thanks so much Mark! We hope to return.

Welcome to Paradise
If you want relaxation, beautiful sights and weather, a place to stay that's like home or better, great food and activities then this is the place to want to be. We've stayed in this beautiful condo quite a few times and love it and Cozumel more each time we go. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need for a perfect vacation. Everything is up to date, very clean and very comfortable. The condo is in a good location, and is close to everything. I highly recommend Nah Ha 602 to anyone who is looking for a stay in paradise.

Best Snorkeling!!!
My husband and I stayed at Nah Ha in late March 2010. The condo is exactly what we expected - it was beautiful! But the view, the water and the snorkeling were better than expected. The snorkeling right in front of the condo was the best snorkeling we have ever had - the water was perfectly clear and there were thousands of fish! We even saw a dolphin from the balcony of the condo one afternoon. On the plane ride home we were already planning our trip back.

Hello Mark and Denise! A great big thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo in Cozumel! Our family had a wonderful time and made many new memories. The kids loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The telescope was a favorite for our 13 year old son to check out the comings and goings of the cruise ships!
Your binder FULL of local information was a huge help in narrowing down dining options and beach stops. We ended up taking the kids to Paradise Beach and were pleasantly surprised by the lack of a large crowd. (However, it was a Sunday!) We also enjoyed Rock'n Java and El Coffee for breakfast - great food and beverages! We so appreciated the use of the platform at Miramar, as well as your snorkel gear.
We feel refreshed and recharged after the R & R at Nah Ha 602! Hopefully, we will return again some day!!

Dear Mark and Denise:
We returned from Cozumel on Friday night after having a fabulous time! Your condo is absolutely beautiful! What a great job you’ve done equipping it with everything anyone could possibly want. I was particularly impressed with the binders full of information about everything on the island. It was very comforting to be so far from home and have that information at our fingertips. I loved sitting on the porch staring out at the water, particularly at night with the moon shining on the water. It was just breathtaking.
We’ll have to come back not only because we loved the island but because we didn’t get to go to all the places we wanted to. We ate at Especias, Kinta, Wet Wendy’s, Casa Denis and La Choza. I can’t name a favorite as they were all great! Another thing we did that was very nice was Passion Island. I thought it would be too touristy but we loved it. What a beautiful place! I bragged about staying at your condo to some folks we met on the boat over to the island.
Thank you so much for the use of your lovely home! We’ll be back as soon as possible!

We entered Nah Ha 602 and our immediate impression was "WOW". This condo is amazingly beautiful and very large. We had plenty of room to spread out so everyone could relax. I would highly recommend this as a wonderful, quiet and peaceful getaway with plenty of room for fun as well as relaxation. If you are looking for a tastefully decorated, fully appointed vacation get away, look no further! This condo has nicer amenities than I have at my own home and has everything that anyone could need while on vacation. It wont disappoint.
The oceanfront balcony is expansive, or you can enjoy the pool area which is beautiful and well maintained. There are steps leading down into the ocean to swim and snorkel. The location is just a few minutes drive to downtown Cozumel or maybe a 5 minute bike ride. My husband and I live on an island, Key West, Florida, but we plan to return to again experience this kind of island living which includes waking up to the sound of the ocean, the constant breeze (turn off the AC) and the spectacular view of turquoise water from the ocean front balcony.
For recommendations for trendy and/or good, unpretentious, local cuisine with lots of character and authentic Mexican style, or sightseeing tips, day and night entertainment, and favorite beach guides (including boating and fishing, etc.) there is a book provided by the owner on the coffee table full of recommendations. This reference guide is a fountain of information and kicked up our vacation experience to a level of feeling like we were locals. You can tell there was a lot of time and effort put into this book and you can add some of your experiences as well.
Also, we enjoyed driving across the island to the other side to see beautiful beaches and stopping at a quirky place called Coconuts on the east side of Cozumel. It is a fun and festive spot and there are spectacular cliff views not to mention a great atmosphere. The dogs are pretty cool too.

Nah Ha 602 in absolutely gorgeous!! We had a wonderful stay. We were 2 couples traveling together so we had to find equal accommodations for each couple. Nah Ha works perfectly for 2 or 3 couples. Two oceanfront bedrooms both with ultra comfy king beds and private luxurious baths with walk in closets and deep soaking tubs.
The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare drinks and meals. The bottled water that was dispensed through the refrigerator door and used to make ice really gave us peace of mind. The kitchen, living and dining room all overlook the ocean. The oceanfront balcony is where we spent most of our time. The color of the water is soooo pretty-blue, green, turquoise and crystal clear. Having our morning coffee watching the cruise ships come into Cozumel was a perfect way to start the day.
On most days, we saw dolphins right in front of the condo. The oceanfront pool is great and we snorkeled right in front of the condo with equipment provided by the owners. We went to different restaurants every night for dinner and were able to choose where to go because the owners have a binder in the living room filled with reviews and coupons that helped us decide. There is also a washer & dryer so we could pack lighter.
The people of Cozumel are warm and kind and we are really looking forward to a return trip. The condo was spotlessly clean and the manager lives right next door in case there's a problem. Thank you Mark & Denise for sharing your beautiful home with us. It is so nicely decorated and well stocked. You thought of everything-even blow dryers!! Writing this review made me miss Nah Ha & Cozumel even more. Wish I was sitting on that balcony right now!!

The website that depicts Nah Ha 602 is impressive. Great photos and detailed descriptions of what one is to expect when renting the condo. The reality is, however, that pictures can never truly express the greatness of the condominium and Nah Ha 602 in particular. We were speechless upon arrival. The owners have done a remarkable job furnishing the unit with every amenity needed. The view from the balcony of the coast and surrounding areas is stunning, one finds oneself spending a large amount of time simply sitting admiring the view.
Nah Ha’s proximity to town is convenient, simply a short 5 minute taxi ride. Its location North of town also guarantees solitude, the week we were there we met not more than a dozen people staying at Nah Ha or the properties next door. If you’re looking for an upscale property at a very reasonable price then Nah Ha 602 is for you!

Well, this will be short as I have to return to the balcony to finish my coffee. We are in love with your home. Everything is beautiful and we are more than a bit jealous. Although it is only Monday, we dread Saturday already. I find your book of resources just great-everything one would need. You should publish it, kind of like an Insider's Guide. Having a wonderful, wonderful time! Weather is awesome. Well the view awaits. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Mark,
We had a wonderful time. One of our best vacations ever. Your place was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We spent a lot of time at the condo relaxing in the pool. What a great view. We ate several meals at the condo and used the grill next door two times. Thanks for letting us stay. Hope we get to go back soon.

My wife and I spent 7 wonderful day in the Nah Ha #602 condo. The home was far my beautiful than the photos on the web site. The views of the cruise ships coming in and the fishing boats getting ready for the day were right there every morning while we sat and enjoyed our coffee on the balcony. Since we had been to Cozumel 4 times before, we thought that we knew the island pretty well. How wrong we were. Mark and Denise had prepared a notebook with reviews of places to go, things to do, and great places to eat. This was by far the nicest place that we have stayed on the Island. The beautiful Isabella was right there to meet as we arrived, and had great suggestions for our stay. She made us feel very welcome and at ease. Xochilt, the cleaning lady came every other day to keep the place sparkling clean. My wife was recovering from breast cancer surgery and treatment so we needed someplace special--this place surely was what the Doctor ordered and more. The other reviews I’ve read of #602 are really accurate. We will return again.

Nah Ha 602 is a wonderful place to vacation. It is away from the bustle of downtown so was very peaceful and quiet. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with lots of nice touches in art and furnishings. Great pool and good snorkeling right in front of the condo, even for less experienced snorkelers.
Mark and Denise are great to work with. They were always available to answer questions and make recommendations. They are very knowledgeable about Cozumel and steered us in the right direction for dive shop, car rental and activities. The books and maps that they've compiled on restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife and shopping were invaluable.
Everyone at Nah Ha will do their best to make your vacation enjoyable and stress-free. Isabella spent a lot of time helping to plan activities including calling and making reservations. The property staff made sure the condo and grounds were clean and well-kept.

It's always tough coming back to work after a great trip; I can see how people get the Coz bug! We've been Puerto Vallarta fans for over 20 years, looks like we might be changing our destination.
I'm looking forward to getting certified to dive so next time I can go. My son and his friends wouldn't stop talking about their dives, what a difference between the Caribbean and Monterey Bay.
You have an awesome condo. So often, pictures on a website overplay what a place is really like. In your case, the website can't even begin to show how great the place is. I suppose if you had video on the site but I don't think you'd want to spoil the surprise that people would have when they walk in the first time! I'll be giving you a great rating on Trip Advisor.
Thanks again for everything!

Everything at Nah Ha was great. The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our needs. In fact, we met another family on the Tucan cruise who were in a hotel and really wished they had the room we did. We passed along your website for them to take a look at so you might hear from them in the future.
We had such a good time in Cozumel. Thanks for all your help and recommendations. Tony was a great choice for us for diving, everyone loved the convertible VW and your many guides made it easy to figure out things to do and see. Isabella was also a great help for Cathy and Melissa in scheduling their activities.

We wanted to thank you for the use of your condo. It was such a nice place! I loved going out on the balcony in the mornings and enjoying the quiet! And the view was beautiful! We had a great time diving/snorkeling. Our kids wanted to see dolphins and we did! On our last dive, we saw a pod of nine! It was very cool! We also got to see a nurse shark and a few turtles, along with several barracuda, and so many tropical fish. It was great!
We appreciate how helpful you and your staff have been. And your binder was very valuable to us! Thanks for taking the time to put that together.

Loved the property. Everything was extremely well kept. No time share sales people. No party-goers. Just nice peaceful moments spent enjoying the view. This condo is not recommended for people with children. The pool is always quiet and I enjoyed reading in the lounge chairs. The snorkeling in front of the condo is fantastic.
This unit, #602, was very comfortably decorated and lended itself to relaxation. All of the comforts of home with none of the stress! We also really enjoy not being in downtown. The north hotel zone is much quieter. Wonderful stay. Will return.

We had the pleasure of staying at Nah Ha for 3 incredible days. It really did feel like a home and somewhere that you could be very comfortable in. You certainly can not beat the location as you are right on the water. Lucky for us, the weather was perfect so we did not need to use the A.C.
One of my favorite memories is sleeping and hearing the water just outside, it really makes you feel that you are floating on the waves. The island of Cozumel is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and to stay at Nah Ha was 100% pure pleasure. We absolutely loved it! It is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! If you are planning a trip, it is the place you should stay, no question. If you do not have a car (as we did not), it is a short and lovely walk to the town and a very quick bike ride!
Thank you Mark and Denise for sharing your piece of paradise - it made our trip truly unforgettable.

Cozumel is a world-class scuba diving destination. My wife and I have been several times, staying at the Intercontinental El Presidente. My wife found Mark's place when we wanted to return and we booked it.
This is a great condo in a fabulous building. On one side is the jungle, with the Caribbean on the other. Six floors up, the views are great. You cannot go wrong staying here. To return to the Intercontinental would be a step down.

My husband, 2 friends and I stayed at this condo for one week end of March/April, 2009. It highly exceeded our expectations! The decor was impeccable and the view from the very large balcony was breathtaking! All of the staff we encountered that worked at the condo were helpful and quite friendly.
My 3 travel mates are all divers so there was a nice locker on the first floor of the building for the storage of all of their gear. I did cook a few times and the kitchen was large and had all of the necessary items I needed to make whatever I cooked!
The bedrooms were spacious and beautiful, complemented with comfortable beds. It was nice staying at Naha 602 as when we were out, it was great to come back to a "home" type atmosphere as opposed to a "sterile" 1 room hotel room. I would recommend this condo to all that appreciate the finer things in life as well as beautiful views, nice neighbors and helpful staff. I hope to be back soon!

Mark, I want to let you know we had a marvelous time. The condo was very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. All of your information helped us select wonderful restaurants and beaches. The ease of snorkeling right in front of the condo was an added treat. We did some diving, snorkeling, fishing and toured the island in a convertible VW that brought back memories of first cars. Our boys loved it. They made their first dives, loved the snorkeling and caught some bone fish on the north end of the island. Thanks so much for all the information and the condo, it really was a perfect vacation.
If we plan a return trip to Cozumel, we will definitely be in touch. We also have several friends that might be interested and we have passed on your information and website.
Thanks again for a great stay.

Our stay at Nah Ha 602 was outstanding! The unit is so beautiful and everything is in "like-new" condition and extremely clean! We shopped at the new Mega grocery store and cooked in the condos fantastic, well appointed kitchen. The view from all the rooms and the balcony is amazing. The pool is very relaxing and is so well maintained. The snorkeling right behind Nah Ha was the best snorkeling we found on the whole island. We liked Nah Ha much better than other places we have stayed in Cozumel, Playa, or in other parts of Mexico. We felt very safe and comfortable.
Mark was great to deal with and he checked-in with us several times before our trip to be sure we were prepared for the trip. He sent us a very helpful guide he wrote to help visitors know all the "in's and out's" of Cozumel. Thanks for everything, Mark!!!!

We've been meaning to write and thank you for renting us your BEAUTIFUL condo!! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay! Everything was top notch. We did not want to leave. We definitely had a fun filled, yet relaxing time on the island. What a great place!
Thank You Again!

Beautiful condo, great location. Loved the balcony and the view. Snorkeling was great. The bottled drinking water and ice in the fridge door is a great idea. The rooms are very comfortable. Had a good trip, all went well with no trip related problems. It was pretty windy for several days. Not a problem for Kelly at the pool, but it made a mess out of the bone-fishing on Monday and Wednesday. Friday was fantastic though as the weather laid down real nice. Landed fourteen bonefish (on flies) and a 20 pound black tipped shark (on spinning tackle) and had some shots at permit too. Looking forward to next year.

We were planning a "sister" outing to Cancun. I checked out Coz for a snorkeling day trip. I felt Coz was a better fit for us due to the quaint town, the awesome snorkeling and lack of high school partiers.
While looking for a hotel, I stumbled upon Nah Ha and, from that moment, I was hooked. It turned out to be everything we could have imagined. If I had a place like this, I would have a hard time opening it up to strangers. We are very grateful that you did.
Isabella was very helpful and not just another pretty face. Xochilt, the maid, is a real sweetheart. We enjoyed talking to her and learning some of their customs. Thanks so much for sharing Nah Ha with us.

Are you looking for a great place to stay while your in Cozumel? Well then you should stay at the Nah Ha 602 Condo. You will find this to be one of the nicest condos on the island. Three master suites with private baths and showers. Balconies to enjoy the view. Nice furnishings which include stainless steel appliances, SAT TV in each room, room safes (which aren't really necessary) the softest bed we've slept on in Mexico and a great pool area. Need I say more??
We're never doing the AI thing again when we can stock a few groceries from the local store (that’s an experience in itself) and then eat at the great local restaurants on the island. Wake up watching the cruise ships coming in and the fishing boats going out and plan your next beautiful day in Cozumel.
Mark and Denise have a place for you and your friends or family.

Hello Mark,
Wow, what a great vacation this past week has been. We loved your condo, and enjoyed our first stay on the north end of the island. Your place is the nicest we have stayed at on the island, very comfortable with all the conveniences of home, and a much better view! We found it very enjoyable watching the boat traffic on the north end of the island, verses just watching dive boat traffic on the south end.
We enjoyed browsing your resource books, and I left a few comments on the restaurants we went too. With all the changes to the streets downtown, and the lack of parking, we found ourselves using taxis most of the time in the evening, and only using the car to go to breakfast, grocery store, southern beach club trips, and the eastside excursions. We had no problems going out to the street and hailing down taxi buses or multiple taxis to transport 9 of us (friends in 301 included). And you are right about the nuisance of the Pirate Ship! Thanks for your hospitality, hopefully we can stay there again sometime.

Our trip to Cozumel was amazing as was Nah Ha. Everything was perfect. Isabella, the manager, had been there just before we arrived to ensure all was in order. The two weeks went much too quickly. The condo was really lovely and was one of the "perks" of the trip. It was clear to us that the owners have put a lot of time and effort into Nah Ha and our family really appreciated being able to spend our vacation at Nah Ha.
We were really pleased with the island itself. The people we met were friendly and helpful and the restaurants and shopping fit the bill very nicely. We were pleasantly surprised about the overall cleanliness of the island. Having traveled extensively in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and Northern Mexico, we were expecting a lot less.
The owners have compiled a large binder on tips for exploring the island and restaurant reviews. It was extremely helpful and, on their advice, we did rent a car, but for only one day, for one day to explore the other side of the island. Without their good advice, we would have rented a car for the full 2 weeks and it would have sat in the parking space outside, as it was so much easier to use a taxi.
I would like to also say a word of praise about Isabella. She was very helpful in arranging side trips we had wanted to do, ie snorkeling (excellent), scuba intro for our children (awesome), deep sea fishing (Ian caught a marvelous sailfish and we had an excellent day.) and Chitchen Itza. There was a note awaiting us on our arrival, she came in person the next day and was there on our last day to say goodbye. We also saw her several times throughout the week as she was over checking with the staff of Nah Ha. A very warm, pleasant and helpful person. We were very impressed with how well the building was looked after and seeing the cleaning staff busy at work every day. They were even there to say good bye to us as we left in the early hours of the morning!
Very happy we chose Nah Ha and Cozumel.

When planning our vacation, I looked at every AI on the island and none of them seemed to be a good fit. Then I found your website and knew your condo was what we were looking for. It's beautiful. It's clean. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. I feel we were pampered here.
Your restaurant guide took the mystery out of where to go for dinner. We used your beach guide the day we traveled around the island. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. Wish we could stay another week (or two)!

Muchas Gracias! Tu casa is muy bonita! OK, that's about as far as I can go. We had a great time. The view is amazing. I've never seen water that color. The room atmosphere was so refreshing and we heard that this was the best condo on the island.
We were very well cared for. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at the Nah Ha was wonderful! It is new, extremely clean,
and very spacious. Although it was just the two of us, the square footage
would provide for a larger group very comfortably. The views from the large
balcony are excellent. The sunsets are picture perfect! It is a convenient
distance to town yet in somewhat of a secluded area. The Condo building itself,
consists of just 16 units, providing a quiet atmosphere. Many days we enjoyed the
pool to ourselves! My husband gives a big thumbs up to the fishing. He caught
Bone fish, Tarpon, Snook, and Baby Barracuda. The Island itself can be toured in a day.
We rented a car. However, I would suggest being somewhat choosy when doing so, as we went
through three (3) vehicles before we had one that ran well. Shopping or eating out in
town can be busy, especially with the tourists from the cruise ships, but it
is well worth your time to try a few restaurants and visit some of the nicer
shops. We would definitely recommend the Nah Ha unit 602!

Mark,
Had an amazing time....your condo was just "STUNNING"! We left some beers,
bottle water, soda's, and coffee in the freezer....these items are all unopened
and in the fridge. Everyone in the condo...owners and visitors ESPECIALLY Carlos were
very friendly.
Seriously had a hard time coming back home....we will be booking again for next year!

Hi Denise and Mark-
We loved our week in your beautiful home. Lucky with great weather, great snorkeling, and diving.
We appreciated all the tips in your guide and had some great meals. In all a great break from our Wisconsin winter.

Our stay at Nah Ha was unbelievable. The accommodations were far better than any we have encountered, either in Cozumel or Cancun. What was really unexpected was the incredible quality of the craftsmanship in the unit itself. Marble counters, "better than Westin" beds, huge bathrooms and beautiful decor.
Close enough for shopping and dinner, but removed from the noise and congestion of the cruise boat folks. Speaking of cruise boats, the view from the condo is super. Lying in bed, you face the C. Sea and the ships cruise pass your window. It feels like you are out on a raft in the water! The infinity pool is beautiful and ladders allow you to snorkel right from the property. Better yet, the dive boats will pick you up right there. Totally convenient. We did eat breakfast in the unit, but most other meals out. The kitchen is fully equipped though, for anyone who wants to spend their vacation cooking. Some units were still under construction/repair during our visit, but the workers were friendly and quiet and this didn't interfere with our great time. Weather was great, but if I had my choice, I'd go b/w Nov and Mar when it is hot in Cozumel and cold in Virginia!
(Owner’s note: Guests were aware touch-up painting was on-going before they arrived.
Work was 100% complete in August of 2006. They have since stayed a second time at Nah Ha. )

Great Lodging in Cozumel
Just returned from a fantastic week in Cozumel and I wanted to share the name of the great place I stayed.
Nah Ha condo #602. It is located about 2 miles($4 cab fare) north from town square directly on the water.
It is one of only 16 units in the building, which is less than 2 years old. The condo has three bedrooms,
all with separate showers/baths. The owners of this condo have furnished it as if it was their own home -
nothing has been overlooked. It even has a large bottled water dispenser built into the refrigerator.
Usually when I am on vacation by the end of the week I miss being in my own house but everything was so perfect
from the huge kitchen, comfortable king size bed and a view to kill for. Laying on the beds in both the master
bedrooms offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. My description could never do this place justice so take a
look at the owner’s website and see for yourself. Since the condo sits on the "iron shore" instead of a sandy
beach the snorkeling directly in front is great. Even saw someone spear-fishing for his dinner.
Can't wait to get back.
