Reservations, Rates, and Rental Calendar

We require a 50% deposit (plus tax) to reserve the space. Your balance is due 45 days prior to the start of your reservation. Failure to pay the balance of the reservation prior to arrival subjects your reservation to cancellation. You may, at your option, pay the balance in full, at anytime before the 45 day deadline.
We accept personal checks, cashier checks, and all major credit cards.
Your reservations are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. Below is a reservation form with the information we require. Of utmost importance is that we receive a valid e-mail address to forward correspondence. Typical reservations are Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday to coordinate with air flights. Less than full week reservations are possible and are calendar/holiday dependant.
The U.S. Government now requires all travelers to Mexico to have a valid passport.
Given the quality of finishes and custom décor, we have a few restrictions to ensure your comfort. They are:
- This is a non-smoking unit.
- The maximum occupancy is 7 guests.
- Sorry-No “primary renters” under age 30 or children under 12 years old.
- Sorry-No “Spring Breakers” or high school/college student groups even if chaperoned by an adult. No exceptions and this is strictly enforced.
- A minimum stay may be required during high season or holiday weeks.
- Contact us for long term special rates of three weeks or more.
- We offer discounts for last minute reservations (within 2 weeks) and “orphan nights” which are typically a block of 3-5 nights between existing reservations. Contact us for details.
- If our calendar is booked for your stay, contact us for other Nah Ha units that are not actively marketed that may be available.

Additional Fees
Additional Fees: Rates are for the number of people listed per night except holiday weeks (H) when rates are for 7 people. Add $25pp/night over the rate listed and then local taxes. 12% local taxes are extra.

Five Reasons Why a Condo is Better than a Hotel
There are plenty of reasons to check out of the hotel these days, from through-the-roof room rates to being nickeled-and-dimed for every little extra item. Here are a few reasons you might want to consider our condo, Nah Ha 602, in Cozumel.
Lots and Lots of Room
Renting a condo in Cozumel almost always gives you more room for less money on a per person basis. You get more space for what it costs for a comparable suite in a nice hotel. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom. You get a fully appointed living room, a gourmet kitchen and large private balcony with over 2550 square feet of living space.
More Privacy and Amenities
Hotels are, by their very nature, public places, from the lobby to the exercise rooms. If you want to go somewhere where you don’t have to rub shoulders with the masses you’ll want to skip the hotel. When you return from a long day of sightseeing, you will have privacy and peace and don’t have to chitchat with an overly friendly bartender. A condo is “comfort without intrusion” and on your schedule.
The kitchen is furnished as your home is with premium appliances and all the utensils you will need.
Need to catch an important game from back home? The satellite TV and home theater is ready for you.
Travel light? A washer and dryer is located inside our condo for your use.
Better Prices and No All Inclusive Fees
Hotels can be expensive. Even cheap hotels can be pricey once you factor in “resort” fees and other surcharges. But that’s not the case with a condo. Condos also allow you to save money in other ways, too. For a family, renting our condo can be much cheaper than renting cramped hotel rooms, sharing bathrooms and paying the all-inclusive fees. You can enjoy your own home-cooked food. It’s more cost-effective and you can eat on your schedule, not the hotel’s. A modern US style grocery store is just minutes away. Not only can you “wear what you want” to breakfast, you don’t have to eat at the picked-over buffet that has been sitting out for hours.
No all-inclusive fees. Do you really want to pay for the food or poolside drink that the hotel “thinks” you might have vs. what you would actually consume? Need a cold beverage? It’s in the refrigerator-no tipping required.
Go Native, Learn More
Many hotels are built in remote areas, and it’s difficult to get a feel for what a place is really like when you’re miles away from town. However, rent our condo and you’re more likely to be right in the middle of people that know the island very well as the person next to you at the pool may be one of the owners.
Extra Flexibility
Hotels have rules. Some of them are very strict. For example, say you want to take the whole family — including grandma and grandpa — on your next vacation. Don’t even try squeezing everyone into a single hotel room, or even a suite. Rent our condo and we’ll work with you to make sure everyone is accommodated. You can even decide how often you want maid service as you are renting from the owners, not a commission driven management company.
However, Condos Are Not for Everyone.
Some travelers will still be more comfortable in a traditional hotel. For example, business travelers who are in town for just a few days will probably want to stay at a hotel. Condos represent the future of lodging. When hotel lodging prices are at or near record highs, condos offer an attractive way around the headaches of staying at a hotel.
